- Every public school educator deserves fair compensation for their time and talents. Wages and benefits should reflect our experience, expertise, and dedication.
- Every public school should be safe and healthy for students and staff.
- Every public school must be funded fairly.
- Every educator deserves respect for their craft and time: When new priorities are defined, other initiatives are either retired or delegated.
- Every public school should be a place of belonging for all educators and students where we can all learn, grow and thrive.
