Who We Are
We envision a nourishing environment for all educators and learners to grow.
Mission: We are working to create human-centered public schools by uniting public school educators, building relationships, and trusting the wisdom of those who have dedicated their lives to serving the rising generation.
Jocelyn Judge, Co-Founder
Jocelyn Judge has been in public education for 30 years, primarily in New Hampshire and primarily as a secondary Spanish teacher. Public education roots run deep as she is the daughter of two former Connecticut public school teachers and is married to a retired New Hampshire public school teacher. She constantly champions our fantastic educators around the state through local union work, World Language association board membership, and NEASC visitations. She formerly lived in Conway and currently resides in Center Harbor with her husband and their dog. Sometimes their college daughter comes home, too.
Jake Goodwin, Co-Founder
Jake Goodwin is the grandson of elementary school teachers, a proud graduate of public schools and a sixth grade teacher in his 13th year of working in New Hampshire’s public schools. From mentoring early readers in Dover to supporting fourth grade students at Manchester’s Beech Street School, Mr. Goodwin has a deep understanding of schools, grounded in first-hand knowledge and gratitude for students, educators and communities. He believes in the power of educators to make a difference and he is working to ensure that educators’ voices are heard everywhere decisions are made.

As a young educator, he understands the challenges of being a student in the 21st century and has made it his mission to support teachers in developing students of the future. Matt sees the struggle of disability and inclusion as a powerful vector for helping people see the need for wholistic solutions to public education issues. Outside the classroom, Matt can be seen supporting other people with disabilities through adaptive sports and mentorship.
